IS IT FAIR?

In these trying times it becomes easy to get lost in the day to day personal struggles we are all involved in, and forget who is to blame for the current mess our country and world is knee deep in. In an effort to keep YOU convinced that you are free and that your well being, or lack thereof, IS YOUR OWN FAULT. The bullshit industry will always make the failed “psychological perspective” the reason behind why YOU are responsible and the power elite are not. This is pure nonsense. This from the washingtoOOn post:

Sense of Fairness Affects Outlook, Decisions

American workers are hurting. The country is in an economic slump, thousands of people are being laid off, and hundreds of companies are retrenching. With house values falling in many parts of the country and with gas prices soaring, many people are struggling from paycheck to paycheck.

The unfolding shakeout might ultimately be good for the economy, but it can be extremely painful for individuals. For companies, managing change is very important, not only for the well-being of their employees but also because to succeed, they need employees who are engaged, enthusiastic and energized — and not burned out.

A pair of psychologists recently evaluated hundreds of employees at a large North American university that was in the grip of painful change. The researchers wanted to find out whether there were factors that explained why some employees successfully weathered the transition and reengaged with their jobs, while others spiraled into cynicism and exhaustion — the classic signs of burnout.

Burnout has been long associated with being overworked and underpaid, but psychologists Christina Maslach and Michael Leiter found that these were not the crucial factors. The single biggest difference between employees who suffered burnout and those who did not was the whether they thought that they were being treated unfairly or fairly.

“These fairness issues can be huge,” said Maslach, a social psychologist at the University of California at Berkeley. “Issues around fairness are highly linked to the anger and cynicism that are linked to burnout.”

Is it fair for the bullshit industry to attempt to convince you that “The unfolding shakeout might ultimately be good for the economy” while completely ignoring the fact that the corpoRATeers own the bullshit industry? I THINK NOT!

Is it fair to proclaim that there may be “factors that explained why some employees successfully weathered the transition and reengaged with their jobs, while others spiraled into cynicism and exhaustion — the classic signs of burnout.” without blaming the corpoRATeer lead failure of our political economy? ITHINK NOT!

The power elite and their bullshit industry apologists are DESPERATE to convince you that it is YOUR OWN FAULT that the world is going to hell in a hand basket. They want you to BELIEVE that there are techniques YOU CAN USE to make YOURSELF a “rugged individual” and that YOU can “weather” the economic storm all by yourself, if only you will “believe YOU are being treated fairly.”

They want YOU to avoid “Issues around fairness are highly linked to the anger and cynicism that are linked to burnout.”

They are telling you not to worry your little pin heads about the wider SOCIAL ISSUES that are the cause of the power elite corpoRATeer political and economic failure. The only thing you need do is BELIEVE that YOU are being treated fairly, ALL EVIDENCE TO THE CONTRARY BE DAMNED!

I’m here to tell YOU that YOU are NOT BEING TREATED FAIRLY! YOU ARE BEING SCREWED BY THE TWO PARTIES OF THE APOCALYPSE! YOU need to understand that so long as you let them DIVIDE US they will continue to CONQUER US! WE need move away from the dirty dems and filthy repubs. WE must instead support and vote for THE ONLY PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE THAT WILL INSURE US FAIR TREATMENT:
